What information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us, mainly through our enquiry form, by email, phone or WhatsApp. This can include:

- Your email address and phone number
- Details about your event — type, date, location, guest numbers and any notes you send us
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- Arrange and deliver your booking
- Keep in touch about your event and answer any questions
Our lawful basis for this is usually to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We will only send you marketing if you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We only share it with the services we use to run the business, for example:
- Our website host and email provider, so we can receive and reply to your enquiry
- Our enquiry-form delivery service, which forwards form submissions to our inbox
